Each letter file created and tested using one sheet each of 1/8" clear acrylic, 1/8" baltic birch, and 1/4" birch from Home Depot - Completed project is 6 total layers for the letter, 3 ¼” layers for the base, and the banks stand about 7 ¼” tall
